We have met Sheryl when we were looking for a house to buy.  We drove by this absolutely beautiful house on a Saturday morning, and were excited to see that not only it was for sale, but not under contract either.  We took down the realtor´s phone number and upon returning home checked out the specifics of the house.  Since we were just at the beginning of the house search, we had to get our courage and questions together before making a phone call.  Sheryl answered immediately and, to our great excitement said:" I can meet you there [at the house] in 20 min." 

From that first meeting on, she was always on time, she was very accommodating and making herself available when we scheduled inspections, got contractors  to see the house to give us quotes on remodeling, all prior to closing.  Generous with her time, excellent and timely advice, reliable follow through with specific questions and concerns-she has never disappointed us with an unkept promise.  Her cheerful, not intimidating personality was always a pleasure to be with.  In spite of her demanding schedule, anytime she was with us, on a phone, via e-mail, or in person, she made it feel like we are the only customers she has-her full attention to our questions and knowledge of details of our situation never stopped to amaze me. 

The most organized, efficient, reliable real estate agent we had ever dealt with, time and time again making us feel secure in our knowledge that we are in good hands of a person who actually cared for success of our deal and was genuinely determined to make it as smooth and painless as possible for us.   I would recommend Sheryl full heartedly to any home buyer/seller, and would personally use her impeccable professional services again (even though we are not planning any move any time soon at the moment!).

Sheryl packs a wallop as a realtor and does her profession proud.  She walks the talk and does so with lightening speed.  No delays. No excuses. Most importantly ? no need for excuses.
